| WHERE: | Tickets will only be sold at points in the Republic of Mexico on and south of a line drawn through Hermosillo, Chihuahua, Camargo, Torreon, Saltillo, Monterrey, Ciudad Victoria, Ciudad Mante and Tampico, Mexico, and in the country of Guatemala, upon presenting to the selling agent proof of Mexico or Guatemala residency. (Passport, Citizenship papers or other documents which properly identify the passenger as a resident of Mexico or Guatemala will be accepted). |

| REFUND: | A totally unused Ticket will be redeemed to the purchaser at the Fare paid, through the Agent from whom the Ticket was purchased. Any refund will be made in the lawful currency of the Country in which the Ticket Order was purchased. No refund will be made for the ticket if any portion of the Ticket has been used. |
